Two Hours and Fifty-Four Minutes

Updated: Jan 28, 2021

Oh my

Last night

In a word

Delicious

I FEEL FREE

Our pulse beating in unison

As if in THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD

We savored

And as we RAMBLE ON

Drinking in each other

I let you SHOW ME THE WAY

To that WHITER SHADE OF PALE

In the WHITE ROOM

And for awhile

I CAN’T FIND MY WAY HOME

And this is perfectly fine

Again, and again

The furniture moved across the floor

We were EIGHT MILES HIGH

And REELING IN THE YEARS while

TRUCKIN up the STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN

Let me ask you a QUESTION

Have we landed in a vortex

In search of an ECLIPSE?

Are you just looking for a WHITE RABBIT?

With NO TIME to stop

Or do you want SOMEBODY TO LOVE?

It’s AFTER MIDNIGHT

MIDNIGHT RIDER

And I WANNA GO TO THE SUN

I’m a BLACK MAGIC WOMAN/A GYPSY QUEEN

I have MY LITTLE RED BOOK and I’ll put a spell on you

I’m an AMERICAN WOMAN through and through

But you’ve put a spell on me too

MAMA TOLD ME NOT TO COME

But just don’t know how much more I can take

It just feels so damn good WHEN THE LEVEE BREAKS

Enveloped in each other’s arms

You melt into me, I melt into you

COMFORTABLY NUMB

We know in this moment

ITS ALL RIGHT NOW

This is certainly true

The question unspoken

DO YOU FEEL LIKE WE DO?
